Return & Refund Policy
Made by Tiff have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions:
Custom or personalised items (e.g., custom engravings or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned. Earrings and other intimate jewellery items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you cancel your order within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund of the item cost and the original shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at madebytiff.dublin@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

- We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
